"I dealt with Cliff only. He is truly a great person. He is very fast, reliable & very patient. His work involved: gutting a washroom, removing a non structural wall, installing a storm door, framing, dry walling a closet, plus little things. What I really liked the most is the fact that he let me assist wherever I could (at my request, to keep the cost down). I wanted him to concentrate on doing the more important stuff, so I did things like cleaned up all the garbage, removed nails for doors etc. Plus, I am a handy woman, so while he was doing some things (without me assisting), I was doing something else. I paid him by the hour, so speed was important. He was never on the phone, worked like a dog & only took a 1/2 hour break. I also like the fact that I felt extremely comfortable being alone in the house with him. Finally, I am extremely picky, very precise & want things done my way. He was very patient, listened to everything I was saying & delivered to my satisfaction.
